Karine is a Food Engineer and works in Food Safety and Quality Management System area since 2006. She has a systemic vision about food business. Her experience covers the whole food chain, from industries suppliers to consumption time.
NatÃ¡lia Teixeira, Consultant
NatÃ¡lia is a Food Engineer, Master in Processes Engineering at Escola de Engenharia MauÃ¡. She performs Food Safety auditing in several food industries and consulting to implement Food Safety and Quality Management System. Qualified in Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and FSSC 22000 auditing and training.
Marina Long, Consultant
Marina is a Food Engineer and works in Food Safety and Quality Management System providing consulting, auditing and training services. She performs Good Manufacturing Practices auditing in several restaurants in SÃ£o Paulo and training in Shopping throughout Brazil. Qualified FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor.
